Report: The highly regarded RTX 4090 GPU will no longer be produced by Nvidia

RTX 4090 © Nvidia Nvidia unveiled its Ampere and Ada Lovelace GPUs in 2020 and 2022 at the same week in September, but it doesn't seem the business will be duplicating that effort. Although it frustrates those who want to upgrade, it appears like an Nvidia launch is at least imminent. A recent source claims that Nvidia will start to phase out production of its flagship RTX 4090 GPU in October. This suggests that the release of its replacement won't be too far off. Some people are hopeful that the RTX 50-series will come soon because Nvidia originally said it will do it in 2025, defying the company's two-year release schedule. However, according to Wccftech , a recent article on the Chinese website Board Channels claims Nvidia is discontinuing manufacture of the RTX 4090 and its Chinese equivalent, the RTX 4090D , starting next month.
